MoodLifter Is a service that comes to your home or favourite place and provides sessions to improve your mental health and physical health. We all have times when we do not feel strong - but MoodLifter will increase your confidence, body image and help you thrive.
Current Availability
Currently MoodLifter is currently working on the team of the NHS England National Autism Train the Trainer Programme Project. This means that we are currently only taking access to work referrals and bespoke corporate training.

Individual occupational therapy and personal training are currently not being offered. This will be reviewed in February 2024.
