MoodLifter meno - menopause consultancy 

MoodLifter Meno can provide your company with a range of bespoke services. Menopause is a significant workplace issue. 51% of the UK workforce are women. The average age of menopause is 52, however women can experience symptoms for 7-9 years prior to this. Women in their 40’s and 50’s are often experienced, skilled and consistent. Research has shown that menopause can have an impact on retention, sickness levels and perception of job competency.  The physical, cultural and social environment of the workplace can impact on menopause symptoms, get it wrong and your staff struggle, get it right and it can enable a thriving workforce that is equipped towards your strategic vision.

Challenge: My company does not have a strategic level plan of how to mitigate for the impact of menopause in the workplace.
