Moodlifter is for neurodivergent adults as well as young people aged 14 and older.

We offer online and in person appointments. (If you are based in Solihull, Coventry and some areas of Birmingham)

MoodLifter is a service that comes to your home or favourite place and provides sessions to improve your mental health and physical health. We all have times when we do not feel strong - but MoodLifter will increase your confidence, help you understand yourself and help you thrive.
