We can tailor the exerises to be just right to help you improve your fitenss level.

As long as there is a clear level floor surface the size of a yoga mat then we have the space that we need. A mat is 24 inches wide and 68 inches long. If you can lie down on the floor with your arms stretched out.
Moodlifter is experienced in working in on bedroom flats to detached houses.
If you enjoy the outdoors we can always use a garden or local park
