90 Minute Wellbeing assessment

This is for anyone that wants an analysis of their current wellbeing and advice about what you can independently do to make changes.

It is essential for anyone wanting 1:1 personal training sessions

Service includes assessment of your:

  • Routine and habits

  • Motivation

  • Fitness

  • Barriers and challenges

  • Strengths and opportunities

  • Assessment will be tailored to your needs and goals.

Following assessment you will be provided with an emailed report highlighting your current wellbeing and with practical tailored advice on changes you can make.

60 minute 1:1 Coaching or personal training 

£55

Ideal for if you want support and accountability.

Delivered in your home or favourite place:

Sessions are tailored to you but may involve:

  • Exercise program tailored to your goals

  • Coaching conversations 

  • Education sessions in which you are given advice on your wellbeing and identify how to make it work for you.

  • Guided relaxation and stretching

  • Occupational Therapy

  • Goal setting and reviews

Couples and small groups can offer this service for an additional £10 per person. Up to a maximum of 6 people.

Ideal for if you want to make sustainable long term changes or learn new skills.

Delivered in your home or favourite place:

1st month will include:

  • The above 90 min assessment session

  • 3 x 60 minute 1:1 sessions
