I am not a salesman so there will not be any pressure for you to sign up for sessions. I know that it is important for you to find the right "fit"

£80 - Wellbeing Assessment

This is for anyone that wants an analysis of their current wellbeing and advice about what you can independently do to make changes.

​

It is essential for anyone wanting 1:1 personal training sessions, Occupational Therapy or ADHD Coaching

​

Service includes assessment of your:

​

• Routine and habits

• Motivation

• Current mobility and fitness (If wanting personal training)

• Barriers and challenges

• Strengths and opportunities

• Assessment will be tailored to your needs and goals.

Following assessment you will be provided with an emailed report highlighting your current wellbeing and with practical tailored advice on changes you can make.

£55 - Personal training

Ideal for if you want support and accountability.

​

Delivered in your home or favourite place:

​

Sessions are tailored to you but may involve:

• Exercise program tailored to your goals

• Coaching conversations 

• Education sessions in which you are given advice on your wellbeing and identify how to make it work for you.

• Guided relaxation and stretching

• Occupational Therapy

• Goal setting and reviews

Couples and small groups can offer this service for an additional £10 per person. Up to a maximum of 6 people.

£55 - None Medical Helper Mental Health Mentoring

DSA Mental Health Mentoring Allowance. 

Assessors please note each session is £55 and due to being a sole trader is not VAT registered.

£55 - Occupational Therapy or Neurodivergent Coaching

1:1 55 minute appointment of individualised therapy or coaching.

£200 - Wellbeing package

Ideal for if you want to make sustainable long term changes or learn new skills.

​

Delivered in your home or favourite place:

​

1st month will include:

• The above 90 min assessment session

• 3 x 60 minute 1:1 sessions

• Programme of activities or workouts to do between sessions

• Text and email support between sessions

​

Ongoing months:

• 4 x 60 minute 1:1 sessions

• Programme of activities or workouts to do between sessions

• Text and email support between sessions

• Goal review

£8 Exercise Classes

Exercise classes are intentionally small so that I can get to know you and your goals.

Unlike a one size fits all class each session is specifically tailored to you.

Most classes are either held outdoors so that we can appreciate nature or in Old School Fitness in Coventry. Those that don't involve equipment are also available over zoom.

All exercise classes designed to help you feel good and flourish.

£60 p/H - OT SupervisioN

I am a Royal College of Occupational Therapy APPLE accredited supervisor with 16 years supervision experience in a range of different fields.

I currently provide supervision to therapists working in:

• University Student Support 

• Private Practice & Charities

• Head Injuries

• Mental Health
